Your order is accepted and a contract is formed between Enjoy Fair Trade and you only when we dispatch the item(s) you have ordered.

A contract is not formed at the point when payment has been taken by Enjoy Fair Trade or at the point when you receive an email from Enjoy Fair Trade acknowledging receipt of your order.

Until the item(s) are dispatched, the order may not be accepted by Enjoy Fair Trade and may be cancelled by you.



We accept payments via PayPal and through which we can accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express via our secure website.

All items are sold in Pounds Sterling (GBP), and we accept credit card payments from all over the world.



When you make a purchase on this website a payment using PayPal you are covered by PayPal's 'buyer security' whereby if an eligible item that you’ve bought online doesn’t arrive, or doesn’t match the seller’s description, our Buyer Protection will reimburse you for the full amount of the item plus postage and packaging costs. Buyer Protection covers eligible online purchases on eBay or on any other website, when you use PayPal.

PayPal use a range of secure methods such as fraud screening, I.P. address blocking and 3D secure are employed on each transaction for extra security. Once you are on the payment screen, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards.



Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order within a period of 7 working days. The period of 7 working days begins on the day after the day you receive your item(s). You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing either by letter or email within this period, and must take reasonable care of the item(s) and not use them.

Please return item(s) to us in their original packaging as soon as possible after informing us of your wish to cancel. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If item(s) are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage.

We operate a no questions asked refund policy. Simply send your purchase back within 14 days of receipt with proof of purchase, making sure it's unused and in its original condition and packaging with all swing tags still attached. For hygiene reasons we are unable to offer exchanges on underwear, pierced jewellery, lip balms and skincare. We ask that you take all reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession.

Returning an item is easy, just email us to let us know that you wish to make a return and the reason(s) why then wrap the item(s) up well and send it to us at the following address:

We also recommend that you use a registered postal service to return your item as all products are returned at your own risk and we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged parcels. Unless the products are faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of returning any item(s) to us.

For exchanges or replacement item(s), these will be delivered to you free of charge. This only applies to UK orders and to the first occasion when a replacement item(s) is requested.

Ownership of goods will pass to you when full payment has been received. This includes full payment for all relevant taxes and delivery charges.

We occasionally run Facebook competitions:

Entrants must be 18 or over and reside in the UK, unless stated otherwise.

The prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to change the prize to an alternative prize of similar value without notice if circumstances beyond their control require it to do so.

No cash alternatives will be offered and prizes are non-transferable. Entry is limited to one per person. No purchase is necessary for entry.

Our competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.



We reserve the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time. However, this right shall not affect the existing Terms and Conditions accepted upon making your purchase.
